Trailer Park Boys Coming to Kingston’s Grand Theatre

Fans of the Canadian comedy mockumentary television stars “The Trailer Park Boys” will get a chance to see them in person when they come to Kingston this Fall.

Ricky, Julian, Bubbles, Randy and Mr. Lahey will be bringing their live Christmas show to The Grand Theatre on November 29, 2013.

When Bubbles tries to spread the true meaning of Christmas to the world, his good-hearted plans are botched by Julian wanting to cash in on the Festive season and Ricky’s relentless pursuit to meet the real Santa. And if that wasn’t enough, all three of them have to deal with the very intoxicated Jim Lahey and his cheeseburger-eating sidekick, Randy.

Tickets go on sale Friday, July 26 at noon and can be ordered online at kingstongrand.ca (click on “Buy Tickets”), in person at the Grand Theatre Box Office at 218 Princess St., or by phone at 613-530-2050.

A Venue pre-sale code is also available to order tickets early – from today until Thursday, July 25 at 11pm – by using the pre-sale promotional code SANTA on that same page.

In addition to the live show, The Trailer Park Boys are also shooting an all new season of their hit series that will be available to watch online at swearnet.com (NOTE: just like their live show, Swearnet contains strong language and mature content).

Earlier this month, it was announced that stars Robb Wells, John Paul Tremblay and Mike Smith have acquired the rights to the show, and have already started production of a new eighth season.

The third film in the franchise has also been completed, with the working title: “Trailer Park Boys 3: Don’t Legalize It.”
