Singer Stephanie B Debuts Video for New Summer Single

Singer Stephanie B, born and raised here in Kingston, will be marking the worldwide release of her debut summer single: “2 Good 2 Be” this Sunday, June 30. [Update: Video embedded below]

V-MIX, a weekly half-hour national television program that ‘explores the world of urban arts and entertainment’, will host the video premiere of  “2 Good 2 Be” on OMNITV along with the song’s national radio campaign launch.

Fans can hear “2 Good 2 Be” now at Stephanie B’s Sonicbids.com audio page, where they can also check out two additional songs by the artist.

Stephanie B (Braganza) lived in Kingston until 2003, when she moved to Toronto to study at Humber College’s jazz music program for Voice. She received her degree in music at Humber in 2008.

She has studied with such luminaries as Juno award winner Rik Emmett (Triumph), Pat LaBarbera, & Trish Colter, and has performed at prestigious Toronto venues that include The Mod Club, The El Mocambo, The Exhibition Center, The Orbit Room as well as Yonge-Dundas Square.

Stephanie has also toured in various parts of Canada and “2 Good 2 Be” is featured on the international compilation album ‘Goa Chillout Zone Vol.5‘, which has been is sent to 11,000 radio, dance clubs and retail stores.

Hosted by Dilshad Burman, V-MIX is a weekly, half-hour program that profiles recording and performing artists from the South Asian community in Canada and internationally. The series will feature music videos, interviews, music commentators, DJ’s, writers, stage artists, comedians and choreographers.
