The OLG has announced that Courtney Hall (pictured) and Dana Hall of Kingston were $100,000 Encore winners in a recent Lotto Max draw.

Paying the extra dollar for Encore when purchasing their main draw ticket paid off when it matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order in the April 8, 2022 draw.

The winning pair purchased their ticket at Circle K on Bath Road here in Kingston.

ENCORE offers 22 ways to win and can be played in conjunction with most lottery games for an extra $1 with an ENCORE draw made every day.

“OLG is booking in-person prize claim appointments at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto. We strongly encourage those with claims between $1,000 and $49,999.90 to submit them online or mail them in,” states an OLG release. “Submitting claims online is fast and secure. Customers with prizes over $50,000 are asked to call 1-800-387-0098 to discuss available prize claim options.”

Since 1975, OLG has provided approximately $55 billion to the people and Province of Ontario to support key government priorities like health care; the treatment and prevention of problem gambling; and support for amateur athletes. Each year proceeds from OLG’s operations also support host communities, Ontario First Nations, lottery retailers and local charities across the province.
