The winners of this year’s Kingston Blooms individual gardens awards were announced last night during a celebration at the Senior Staff Mess at RMC.
This year, gardens were judged on a point system instead of the Bloom rating used in previous years.
“It is always such a pleasure for our judges to visit Kingston’s loveliest gardens. Our gardeners are the people who really help make Kingston the remarkably stunning city it is and we all benefit from their considerable efforts,” says Sue Hitchcock, Communities in Bloom Coordinator.
