USS and Repartee Will Rock the Ale House on January 25th

Hailing from the periphery of Toronto, Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker (USS) has always been like a science experiment set to music — what they do melts down acoustic rock, jungle, and trance, transforming it into an entirely new element.

Since then, the duo of Vocalist/guitarist Ashley Boo-Schultz and hypeman/turntablist Human Kebab has travelled across North America, Europe and Asia, and has been recognized by both the CASBY and CMW Indie Awards.

With Advanced Basics, USS returns with a fearless new album that includes the debut single “This Is The Best” which quickly shot to the Top 3 on Canadian Alternative Charts.

St. John’s, Newfoundland-bred indie pop band, Repartee, has been climbing the charts and rocking stages Canada-wide since the release of their debut album, All Lit Up, released on April 29th via Sleepless Records

Nominated for six 2016 MusicNL Awards, which celebrate musicians and industry professionals of Newfoundland and Labrador, Repartee took home four awards including Album of the Year, Group of the Year and Pop/Rock Recording of the Year.

Fueled by catchy melodies, fantastic production and sharp songwriting, All Lit Up is a blend of personal tracks about life experiences, resonating with the band’s live energy and visual presentation.

In the last few years, the band has toured nationally and spent time writing new material, which could be heard on the MTV shows Awkward, Finding Carter, and Becoming Us.

Now these bands are coming to Kingston on January 25th to play the Ale House at 393 Princess Street.
