A Holiday Greeting from Mayor Mark Gerretsen, who wished Kingstonians an enjoyable and safe holiday with family and friends…
As we usher in a new year, we reflect on the past year and all of our accomplishments and many happy memories. We are reminded of what is truly important and what we cherish most in our lives. As we look forward we are reminded of how fortunate we truly are, giving back to our community and those less fortunate.
As Mayor of our great city, I have the opportunity to interact with, and hear from many members of our community, volunteer groups, businesses and organizations. I have been touched by the generosity of Kingstonians, and I would like to express my thanks to all of those who have shown great kindness and selflessness. You are truly making a difference in the lives of others.
However you choose to spend your holiday I hope you take advantage of all that our great City has to offer!
