Attention owners of heritage properties: are you planning to do some repairs to your property this year?
If so, you may be eligible for up to $2,000 under the City of Kingston’s heritage property grant program.
If you own a Kingston property designated under the Ontario Heritage Act, you can apply to the program for funding to assist in conserving your valued heritage property.
Applications for the 2016 heritage property grant program will be accepted starting March 1. Please note that the grant application requires you to also submit a heritage permit application for the work being proposed.
Heritage grant program information and applications are available at CityofKingston.ca/heritage, or contact planning staff for more information at 613-546-4291 ext. 3180 or by emailing heritage@cityofkingston.ca.
