In an effort to better accommodate the parking needs of healthcare workers, who are experiencing changes to their daily commute, and residents now working from home, the City is lifting restrictions for on-street time-of-day parking.
Restrictions for on-street time-of-day parking – which refers to streets that restrict parking for an hour in the morning and in the afternoon – are no longer in effect until further notice. This change includes the residential parking permit areas.
Accessible parking, no parking, metered parking and other parking regulations continue to be in effect to ensure that parking remains available and accessible to drivers who need it.
The City will adjust parking operations as necessary while continuing to monitor the developing needs of residents and commuters.
