Author Sarah Raughley to Speak on Writing and Publishing in Virtual Talk

Kingston Frontenac Public Library has announced it will be hosting an online author talk with the talented Sarah Raughley.

As a young adult fantasy author and assistant professor of writing at Lakehead University, Orillia campus, Raughley brings a unique and multifaceted perspective to the writing process. During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to delve into her motivations, creative process, and thoughts on the publishing industry.

Sarah Raughley is the author of two popular young adult fantasy series, The Effigies trilogy and The Bones of Ruin series. Her works have captivated readers and garnered praise for their imaginative worlds and compelling characters. As an academic, Raughley brings a depth of knowledge to her writing and is dedicated to the craft of storytelling.

The author talk will take place on February 16, from 4-5 p.m. via Zoom, providing a virtual platform for attendees to meet Raughley and hear her speak about her works and inspirations.
