West Corporation has announced that it plans on hiring full-time, French-bilingual Care Associates in Kingston to work with an existing support team for a healthcare industry leader. Successful candidates will provide over-the-phone customer service support for diabetic patients requiring assistance with their insulin pumps.
The company’s release states that the positions offer “a competitive hourly wage in a friendly work environment, plus benefits that include employer-matched RRSP, health insurance and more”.
Applicants are expected be be fluent in French, have customer service experience, and have “compassion towards others”.
Both full-time evening and weekend schedules are open to be filled.

Applicants will be able to speak with hiring managers at this event, while learning about the program and to begin the interviewing process.
