This spring, KFL&A Public Health will be offering a free 8-week “Stay on Your Feet” falls prevention program in Kingston.
The course will include a weekly presentation on a variety of falls prevention topics, a 15 minute nutrition and socialization break, as well as 45 minutes of Tai Chi.
Taking place at KFL&A Public Health’s 221 Portsmouth Avenue location (map), the program will run from Thursday, April 2 until Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 1 to 3 p.m.
