The City of Kingston has announced the launch of its new public website on Wednesday, June 5.
The website’s design and user-friendly navigation system were developed following public engagement in 2022. The site will provide access to all City platforms, including:
- MyKingston, offering self-serve services, online applications, forms, payment services, and the new Tax Portal
- eScribe, a solution for City Council and Committee meeting agendas and minutes
- (link unavailable) website
While efforts have been made to redirect pages and forms, older bookmarks may result in broken links due to the consolidation or removal of outdated content. The search function, prominently located on every page, can be used to quickly find information.
A brief period of downtime is expected on June 5, during which the website and some online services may be unavailable. The City’s Customer Experience team can be contacted by submitting a service request on MyKingston or by calling 613-546-0000 during this time.
