The Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority (CRCA) has inviting the public to come join them in celebrating 2019’s Fall Colours Weekend. on Thanksgiving weekend – Saturday, Oct. 12 to Monday, Oct. 14 – from 9am to 4pm at the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area.
CRCA staff will be in attendance to suggest routes and provide maps for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery while walking or hiking along the trails.
Hot drinks and snacks will also be on sale at the Outdoor Centre where you can enjoy the view from its West Hall. There will also be activities for children in the Hall with colouring sheets and rock painting.
The Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area is located on Division Street just two kilometres north of Highway 401. [map]
Entry fees are: $5 per person for adults and children over 12, and $3.50 per person for children 12 and under, to a maximum fee of $15 per car. Annual passes are also available for $85 per year.
