The 53-year-old painter told the OLG, while collecting his prize, that he was very surprised when he used the OLG App and scanned his ticket. “I thought, ‘Wow!’” The father of two and grandfather of one said he plans to save his winnings. “This feels amazing!”

Knapp purchased the winning ticket in the city’s west end at Westbrook Convenience on Princess Street in Westbrook.
