All of the net proceeds from this auction will go to the Gord Downie Fund for Brain Cancer Research through Sunnybrook Hospital.
Each of the jerseys is signed by the individual Kingston Frontenacs player who wore it during that night’s game and it will come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by an official with the Frontenacs and that player.
This online auction will be hosted by CHL Auctions, the official CHL partner for game worn and charity auctions for OHL, WHL, and QMJHL teams, and anyone wishing to bid on the jerseys must register for free with CHL Auctions.
Once registered, you can click on the “Kingston Frontenacs” Team Auction link here during the auction period .
The starting bid for each jersey is $200 (CDN) and bidding will increase in increments of $20 (CDN).

This online auction will end at on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 6 pm. However, as is customary of all CHL Auctions, this auction includes the “Auto Bid Extend” which may extend the closing time of some of the jerseys.
The Auto Bid Extend feature, according to a release, “ensures that bidders will always have a chance to challenge bids placed in the final seconds of an auction. When indicated on a listing page, if a bid is placed during the last 5 minutes of an auction, the auction will automatically extend for an additional 5 minutes from the time of the latest bid. The auction will close once all bidding activity has stopped for a period of 5 minutes.”
Successful bidders should note that shipping is not included in the final bid price, but is available as an added fee, post-auction.
It has also been reported, due to inquiries from fans of the Hip and the Frontenacs, that there is no plan to make replicas of these jerseys available for sale to the public.
See CHL Auction’s Frequently Asked Questions for detailed answers to specific auction-related questions.
