In just over a week, Kingston Police Constable Dave Wein heads back to Guatemala to help feed 4,000 people.

This is Cst. Wein’s ninth trip to Guatemala, where he will also distribute gift packages and build wood stoves for families along with a team of 22 Kingston members.

His church – Third Day Worship Centre – has a children’s home that houses 15 to 20 children, and is seeking donations the team can take with them on the mission, which is expected to last from November 15 to 23.

The church is asking for donations of children’s crafts, school supplies, children’s shoes, clothing, and baby formula. All donations can be dropped off at 999 Sydenham Road in Kingston between today and November 14.

Inquires can be emailed to contact@3dmissions.com.
