Community organizations can once again apply to use the City of Kingston’s Corporate Suite at K-Rock Centre for the upcoming season.
Groups eligible to apply to use the suite during centre events include incorporated not-for-profit agencies, registered charities, minor sports associations, service clubs and community organizations in Kingston.
Groups interested in applying to use the suite should:
– review the Corporate Suite Allocation Guidelines at CityofKingston.ca/corporatesuite
– fill out the form located at the end of the Guidelines and return it to corporatesuite@cityofkingston.ca or fax it to 613-546-3004.
The deadline for applications is noon on Monday, July 1.
Eligible applicants gain a chance to use the Corporate Suite at Rogers K-Rock Centre events that take place between September 1, 2013 and August 31, 2014.
Groups that applied last season must reapply to be considered for events for this upcoming year.
Use of the suite for Frontenacs games includes complimentary tickets. Applicants who secure the use of the suite for family shows will be responsible for the cost of event tickets. In both instances, applicants will be responsible for the cost of food and beverages.
