LCVI’s Creative Arts Program is set to present its first in-person art exhibition since 2019, titled “Visual Paradise”, showcasing the talents of its students. The exhibition is scheduled to open with a reception on January 19th from 6 – 9 pm and will run from January 20th to 22nd at the Tett Gallery, Tett Centre for Creativity and Learning, located at 370 King Street West.

The Creative Arts program at LCVI, a Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) initiative, is designed for students aiming to build competitive portfolios for post-secondary applications in art and design fields.

“Visual Paradise” promises to be a showcase of diverse artistic expressions, featuring works created using various mediums and techniques.

The exhibition is open to the public free of charge, providing an opportunity for attendees to immerse themselves in a “visual feast” of student artwork. The venue for this creative display is the Tett Gallery within the Tett Centre, a hub for artistic learning and creativity in Kingston.

Sponsored by the Tett Centre for Creativity and Learning, the exhibition marks a significant return to in-person art displays for LCVI’s Creative Arts students, highlighting their artistic achievements and potential.
