Downtown Kingston! has announced that the Elf on the Shelf dolls (Queenie, Princess, Brock and Clarence) will be visiting downtown businesses daily until December 23rd – a new business every day.
Diners and shoppers who locate the elves will get a chance to win a sleigh-full of gift cards to downtown Kingston businesses totaling more than $1,000.
Downtown Kingston! will post clues to Facebook and its Twitter pages about the elves whereabouts every day.
All you have to do then is figure out where the elves are and post a photo to Instagram, Twitter of Facebook with the hashtag #DKElves and you’ll be entered to win a sleigh-full of $50 giftcards to all of the places the elves have visited.
Be sure the profile you put the photos on is made “public” so Downtown Kingston! can see your post.
For anyone not on social media, the elves will be traveling with a box that has ballots for shoppers to fill out to enter the contest.
The winner will be announced the week after Christmas.
The Downtown Kingston! BIA is an association comprised of, and funded by, 700+ downtown businesses. The association is dedicated to the maintenance and promotion of a vibrant and healthy downtown.
