Diana Krall Concert at K-Rock Postponed Due to Illness

Published on: 2013/02/28 - in Entertainment

According to a release by the K-Rock Centre, the Diana Krall performance scheduled for tonight (Thursday, February 28) has been postponed due to a respiratory infection.

The release explains that  “although Krall had to previously postpone her Feb. 27 show in Buffalo, she and her doctor hoped that the days rest would enable her to be able to perform in Kingston this evening. Unfortunately Krall and her physician recognized this morning that she was not yet sufficiently recovered and her physician suggested that she continue to rest for a couple more days before resuming the tour.”

She has been rescheduled to appear at the K-Rock Centre on Sunday, April 21 at 8 pm and all existing tickets will be honored for that date.

For those ticket holders who are unable attend on April 21, refunds are available at the point of purchase and the K-Rock requests that refunds be requested by April 5th.

Diane Krall is a Canadian jazz pianist and singer born in Nanaimo, BC. She has won two Grammy and eight Juno Awards in her career, selling over 15 million albums worldwide.
