The Candlelight Concert Series, produced by Fever, will host special holiday-themed performances in Kingston, offering a distinctive musical experience illuminated by thousands of candles. The series features classic Christmas carols and holiday music, providing attendees with an opportunity to celebrate the season alongside loved ones.
The concerts are designed to make classical music more accessible through an innovative format. Performances are being held in notable venues, with programs tailored to appeal to a wide range of musical preferences. Local musicians play iconic compositions and contemporary hits under the glow of candlelight, creating a unique atmosphere.
The upcoming program includes traditional carols such as “Silent Night,” “We Wish You a Merry Christmas,” and “Jingle Bells.” These pieces will be performed by a string quartet alongside selections from The Nutcracker and timeless Christmas soundtracks. The Spire will host the performances on December 22, with shows at 6:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. Festive decorations will accompany the candlelit setting, enhancing the seasonal ambiance.
