Kingston-born Bryan Adams is helping his fans get into the holiday spirit this season with a new Christmas EP released today.
The 5-track EP includes original song ‘Joe and Mary’, penned by the Grammy awarded singer-songwriter and a new recording of the Christmas classic “Must Be Santa,” previously covered by Bob Dylan. Also featured are three re-releases: “Christmas Time,” “Reggae Christmas” and “Merry Christmas.”

“I’m excited to be releasing this Christmas EP,” said Adams. “it was fun to record some new tracks and make a video for “Joe and Mary.” I can’t wait for everyone to hear them, alongside some of my classic Christmas songs.” He also promised that a music video for the single “Joe and Mary” will be released soon.
In 2011, the performer – who recently celebrated his 60th birthday on November 5 – released a video for his holiday single “Merry Christmas” that featured home movie clips of two-year-old Adams with his family when they lived in Kingston:
