Queen’s Campus Bookstore Releases Smartphone App to Buy Back Used Textbooks

The Campus Bookstore at Queen’s University has announced the release of a mobile phone app that enables students to check the buy back prices of their used textbooks.

Described as being the first of its kind, the app – which was developed by CutCom Software Inc. –  works on both iPhones and Android platforms, as well as many other mobile phones.

The key feature of this App is its ability to use a phone’s camera to read barcodes instead of having to manually enter in the ISBN of their books.

How To Get The Queen’s University Campus Bookstore App

Apple IPhone Devices can visit the Apple AppStore and search for “Sell Books”, then look for the Queen’s Campus Bookstore “Q” logo.  Or they can use their smartphone’ to scan this QR Code.

Android Devices can download the App from the Android Market on their phone by searching for “Sell Your Books”, then look for the Queen’s Campus Bookstore “Q” logo. Or they can use their smartphone’ to scan this QR Code.

Other Devices can be used to check buyback prices on the Campus Bookstore website as well, by visiting this page on their website.

For devices that can also scan QR codes, their BuyBack can be visited by scanning this QR code.
