Public’s Assistance Sought to Identify Theft and Fraud Suspect

Theft and fraud suspectKingston Police posted the following report earlier today:

On August 19, 2017 at approximately 12:15 p.m. the suspect attended a downtown business and attempted to defraud staff while at the cash.

The suspect is described at 6’ tall, with short grey hair, a European accent (possibly polish) and tan skin. At the time of the incident he was wearing a black shirt with white shorts that had a stripe.

The suspect is believed to be the same individual involved in a theft at another downtown business on June 3, 2017.
