Police Seek Identity of Stolen Credit Card Suspect

The Kingston Police Fraud Unit is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a female suspect who used a stolen credit card at multiple businesses within town.

On March 25th, 2015 a citizen’s credit card was stolen and used multiple times over the course of the day at various grocery, drug and convenience stores as well as gas stations in Kingston. Over $800 in transactions occurred on the card until it was cancelled.

Detectives from the Fraud Unit have been able to obtain video surveillance from multiple stores and are hoping the public can help in identifying the same female seen in the footage.

She is described as Caucasian, 40-50 years of age, heavy build, long blonde hair pulled-up, wearing a pink zippered hoodie with white fabric on the inside, black pants and a pink purse.

Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or on the website at www.tipsubmit.com. Tipsters are eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
