This year, the Canada 150 Tour took the National Arts Centre (NAC) Orchestra all over Canada. And while it officially concludes on December 9th in Yellowknife, the Orchestra will be giving its final performance outside of Ottawa for 2017 in Kingston at the Isabel Bader Centre.

The concert in Kingston is yet a further testament to the NAC commitment towards supporting arts communities’ across Canada and its brand motto of “Canada is our Stage“.
The program features Copland’s Fanfare for the Common Man, Mozart Violin Concerto no 3, and Sibelius Symphony No. 1. Conducted by NACO’s Music Director, Alexander Shelley, the ensemble has been praised by the Ottawa Citizen as “an orchestra transformed …hungry, bold, and unleashed.”
Taking place on Tuesday, December 12th in Performance Hall at The Isabel, lobby doors open at 6:30pm and house doors will open at 7:00pm.
