Find great ways to stay active this fall and winter in the City of Kingston’s Recreation and Leisure Guide.

“This issue offers recreational and leisure activities for every member of your household – aquatic and skating lessons for children and adults, woodworking classes, boot-camps, Pickleball, even prenatal aqua fit just to name a few,” says Lynda Breen, supervisor, recreation programs.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018.
– Go to CityofKingston.ca/eCity. You need a unique client bar code number (Log-in ID) for each participant, and a Family Account PIN. If you don’t already have one, call 613-546-4291 ext. 1900, 1800 or 1700 before registration day.
– In person at Artillery Park Aquatic Centre (382 Bagot St.), INVISTA Centre (1350 Gardiners Rd.) and the Rideau Heights Community Centre and Library (85 MacCauley St.)
– Recreation fee subsidies are available to eligible families through the City’s Municipal Fee Assistance program.

Breen reminds residents to register early. “If you wait until the last minute, programs may be full or could get cancelled.”
