Utilities Kingston Customers to be Contacted for Satisfaction Survey

Utilities Kingston has announced that, beginning today and for the next month, some of its customers will be called to conduct a satisfaction survey. The announcement was made to ensure people know these calls and questions are legitimate and authorized by Utilities Kingston.

The opinion research fim UtilityPULSE has been contracted to call 400 Utilities Kingston’s 28,000 customers in central Kingston and ask a few questions about its electrical services.

According to a release:

When they call, UtilityPULSE will ask to speak to the person who looks after the household’s electrical bill and then proceed with the survey, which takes less than 15 minutes. Customers will not be asked for account, financial or other personal information., to call 400 of its 28,000 customers in central Kingston and ask a few questions about its electrical services.

Many electric utilities in Ontario are now conducting customer satisfaction surveys as required by the Ontario Energy Board.
