Queen’s University has been selected to host the 2018 and 2019 U Sports Cross-Country Championships.

Running Magazine reports the participants’ course will consist of loops around Fort Henry, with women running four two-kilometre loops while men will run four two and a half-kilometre loops.

The university previously hosted the championship in 2009.

Along with hosting the U Sports Cross-Country Championships, the Queen’s cross-country program will also reportedly hold an alumni race and alumni get-together.

The magazine states assistant coach Brant Stachel has said more details will be released in September and alumni interested in the event should free up Saturday, November 10th to attend.
