Kingston Smoke’s Poutinerie Holding Reverse Easter Egg Hunt

Following up on its successful Potatoes for the People campaign last December, the local Kingston Smoke’s Poutinerie is once again rallying the community for a good cause and to get everyone into the Easter spirit.

Phil Helpard, manager of the local Kingston restaurant, has arranged a new community initiative for this Easter Sunday and Monday (April 21 and 22) to give back to those in need. Between 11am and 11pm on both days, customers can bring a dozen uncooked eggs into the Smoke’s Poutinerie at 183 Division St. and receive a free Snack Size Traditional Poutine.

December’s Potatoes for the People event collected 1500 pounds of potatoes locally that Phil and his team donated to the local Partners in Mission Food Bank which willalso receive eggs brought in by this campaign.
