Dwayne Scott of Kingston has been announced as a winner of the POKER LOTTO ALL IN jackpot worth $178,322.70 on August 13, 2018. He also won $5,000 on the instant portion of his POKER LOTTO play bringing the total jackpot to $183,322.70.
“I play POKER LOTTO ALL IN regularly,” Dwayne told the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto, while picking up his winnings. “And I’ll buy the occasional LOTTO 6/49 ticket too.”

He said that when the ticket was first scanned and a royal flush appeared on the screen, he knew he’d won and “grabbed the guy behind the counter and gave him a bear hug! It was unbelievable – it took some time before it sunk in.”
The 35-year-old, who purchased the ticket at Barriefield Convenience on Highway 15 in Kingston, said he plans on investing in his exterminator business and sharing the win with his wife and two step-children.
According to the OLG, POKER LOTTO is a lottery game that “offers both instant in-store wins – of up to $5,000 – and nightly prize draws of up to $100,000 with each $2 ticket and uses playing card symbols rather than numbers.”
