Champlain Park upgrades being proposed include an improved playground, new sports field, and pathways with seating

A new Leroy Grant Pathway will also be developed – a multi-use 1.3 km paved trail from Elliot Avenue to Third Avenue Park, located within and adjacent to the road allowance of the proposed Leroy Grant Drive extension.
