The public’s input is being requested by the City of Kingston for a proposed expansion of the trail system in the Cataraqui Estates Business Park.

The proposal calls for it to join up with the K&P Trail that runs nearby and provide a link to the Invista Centre.

Details of the plan can be viewed online (pdf) and feedback is being accepted until June 23rd.

The City’s request for input is in accordance with Ontario Regulation 191/11 and comments can be emailed to Chanda Sames at csames@cityofkingston.ca.

In a release, the expansion of the trail system is described as being “part of the project to extend Centennial Drive (that) will include landscaping improvements, natural rest areas along the trails and formal seating near the entrances of the trail.”
