This year’s theme is ‘Creative Kingston‘ with the goal of receiving photos that capture Kingston’s highly creative nature, from residents and visitors alike.
The contest advises contributors to “look to our vibrant arts culture, our local maker community, our impressive performing arts scene and our exemplary culinary landscape if you’re in need of some creative inspiration.”
There are two categories with three cash prizes each.
The “Open” category is for all photographers, amateur or professional. There is a $2,500 First Place Prize; $1,000 Second Place Prize; and $500 Third Place Prize.
