In that case, Colin Weaver was handed a 20-year sentence for manslaughter, robbery, disguise with intent and possession of a weapon contrary to a probation order. According to a Whig Standard report, Weaver died at Millhaven Institution in May of this year, after being found in his cell requiring medical attention and transported to hospital.
