According to a City release: These new sidewalks were identified as priorities in the Active Transportation Master Plan (ATMP) as they will fill in gaps in the City’s sidewalk network. The ATMP, a.k.a. Walk’n’Roll Kingston, is a comprehensive plan to increase active – human-powered – travel options and improve accessibility.
