A draft of the updated building fee structure will be presented to the public by the City of Kingston on Tuesday, May 2nd.
Interested Kingstonians may pick between two sessions – one in the morning and another one that afternoon – that will be held in the second floor boardroom of 1211 John Counter Blvd on Tuesday, May 2nd.
“We are looking for public and stakeholder input on what and how the City charges for building-related permits and activities from fences and home renovations to industrial developments,” said Lisa Capener-Hunt (manager, building services) in a City release.
Members of the public can register to attend the April 2nd meetings on Eventbrite.ca:
A question and answer period will follow the presentation of the draft fee structure at both sessions. The draft will be available for review online at CityofKingston.ca/GetInvolved after these sessions take place.
Comments on the draft can be emailed to Lisa Capener-Hunt at email@example.com until May 9th.
