Local Couple Celebrate $100,000 Ticket Win

OLG reports Roger Vincent and Cherylann Bailey of Kingston are the newest local winners to take home $100,000.

The couple won the top prize after purchasing an Instant Bingo Doubler ticket for just $5.

Their winning scratch ticket was purchased at Circle K on Milford Drive in Kingston.
