in News by

A variety of community organizations are offering free activities in September as part of Kingston Gets Active Month.

Activities available to try include archery, cheerleading, martial arts, soccer, swimming, Pilates, boxing, trampoline and more. All the activities are free but some require participants to RSVP.

“Having free fun with family and friends and finding new ways to get active is what Kingston Gets Active Month is all about,” said Katie Rizzi, fitness and wellness coordinator, in a Ciy of Kingston release. “We invite you to participate in a new sport or activity, attend a wellness workshop or drop-in to an open house.”
