Blue Rodeo Rocks Kingston on Canada AM

Kingston was celebrated this morning by CTV’s CANADA AM, who featured a number of prominent people and places in the city.¬†Notable Kingstonians included Chris Whyman, the two-time World Champion Town Crier, and Arthur Milnes who spoke about the Sir John A MacDonald walking tour.

John Gerretsen, MPP for Kingston & the Islands, and Mayor Mark Gerretsen were also interviewed, as were representatives of Queen’s University, St Lawrence College, and RMC.

However the center piece of the show was Blue Rodeo, who played three songs live in the Market Square to a large crowd who braved the cold early morning temperatures. Today is also the release date of the iconic band’s new album “In Our Nature”, available on Amazon and for download on¬†iTunes.
