Jazz-pop singer Tia Brazda is bringing the golden era of music (“while remaining daringly modern”) to the Musiikki Café this Friday, November 23.

The show marks Tia’s Kingston debut as she tours across North American in support of her new album, ‘Daydream’.

‘Daydream’ is the latest of her three albums (including ‘Bandshell’ and ‘Cabin Fever’) to debut #1 on the iTunes jazz chart in Canada. She’s also played the Montreux Jazz Festival, been rated ‘Best of the Fest’ at the San Jose Jazz Summer Fest, and headlined the main stage at the Festival International de Jazz de Montreal.

Tia Brazda’s performance at the Musiikki Café (73 Brock St.) runs from 8pm to 11pm on November 23. Tickets are available online for $15 or $20 at the door.
