Cathedral Chamber Orchestra and Concert Choir to Perform “Te Deum Laudamus”

Directed by David Cameron, the Cathedral Chamber Orchestra and Concert Choir will perform “Te Deum Laudamus” at St. George’s Cathedral on Saturday, February 16 at 7:30pm . Music from England, including Handel’s “Queen Caroline” Te Deum, and Stanford’s in B flat.

Additional music will include a survey of anthems from the 17th to the 20th centuries, Boyce’s Symphony No. 1, and Fran Harkness playing Bach’s keyboard Concerto in A.

There will be freewill donations accepted for the Cathedral’s Heritage Preservation Trust toward its goal to protect the historic building in its role as an active community venue for music and other arts and events.
