The Harlem Globetrotters are bringing their tour to Kingston in April, and basketball fans will have a chance to spend time on the Rogers K-Rock Centre court with the team before the show.

With its star-studded roster of entertaining athletes, the Globetrotters will be showcasing “incredible ball handling wizardry, rim-rattling dunks, trick shots, hilarious comedy and unequaled fan interaction” when they come to town on April 18.

The show begins at 7pm, but ticket holders with a ‘Magic Pass‘ can mix it up with the Globetrotters between 5:30 and 6:00pm – shooting baskets, trying out ball tricks, and getting autographs and photos.

After the K-Rock Centre show, Globetrotter stars will sign autographs and take photos with fans.

First formed in the 1920s, the Globetrotters have since played more than 26,000 exhibition games in 122 countries and territories. The team’s signature song is Brother Bones’s whistled version of “Sweet Georgia Brown”, as can be heard in the video below.

Tickets to the Rogers K-Rock Centre event go on sale online and by phone Monday December 11th and are available at the box office beginning December 12th. However, presale tickets are available now if purchased with an American Express card.
