Brent Butt Travels from “Corner Gas” to Kingston

On January 18, Brent Butt – star of the highly successful Canadian sitcom “Corner Gas” – will be appearing at The Grand Theatre in Kingston.

Best known for his role as Brent Leroy on the CTV network’s hit show, which ran for six seasons from 2004 to 2009, Butt began his career on the Canadian Comedy circuit before creating and starring in the six-time Gemini award winning series.

After ‘Corner gas’ ended, he wrote and starred as Stan Dirko in a new sitcom, “Hiccups”, where he was also an executive producer.

Butt is now developing a new sitcom for television and recently wrote and starred in a the feature film ‘No Clue’.
