Guns N’ Roses was the big winner in Billboard’s Top Facebook Live Videos chart for musicians in November but Napanee’s Avril Lavigne blocked the rockers from completely ruling the month.
The list is a reveal of the top videos posted by musicians on Facebook Live each month, ranked by media analytics company Shareablee and based on each video’s number of reactions, comments, shares and first-seven-days views.
Guns N’ Roses topped November’s chart with their performance of “Paradise City” in Tulsa, Oklahoma with Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl. It was the most-reacted-to, most-shared and most-viewed video by a musical act, with a total of 100,000 reactions, 25,000 shares and 2.1 million views.

However, the live video that received the most comments was Avril Lavigne’s 20 minute Q&A with fans broadcast on November 2nd. Her video received 33,000 comments and, when factoring in all four categories, ranked sixth overall on the chart.
Along with topping November’s list, Guns N’ Roses performing “Patience” with Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top in Houston took 8th place on November’s chart and the band snagged 9th spot with their performance of “Paradise City” in Los Angeles.
The month’s remaining top 5 ranked Facebook Live videos by musicians were Muse (#2), Bon Jovi (#3), John Legend (#4), and Bob Marley (#5).
