This weekend, Avril Lavigne brought her boyfriend Brody Jenner to Kingston for some last minute Christmas shopping.
The Napanee-raised star was photographed shopping at two strip malls in what was described as “a bed and bath store and a hobby shop” – which sounds like the area around the Riocan Centre on Gardiners Road in the city’s west end.
The couple were first photographed in Canada at the Pearson Airport in Toronto Ontario earlier this weekend, where they were met by Avril’s sister-in-law, Amie, and later jumped into her brother Matt’s pick-up truck for the drive home.
Based on an article at “Pop Goes the News’, it appears the group was closely tracked from Toronto all the way to Avril’s mother’s house, and details were provided about their stops on the 401 (including one to use the washrooms at a Brighton service station), a visit at a local LCBO liquor store, and their shopping trip the next day.

Lavigne, who recently finalized her divorce from husband Deryck Whibley, will be appearing on “Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve” special in a couple of weeks, where she will sing “What the Hell” – the first single off her new album, “Goodby Lullaby“.
She has also been busy with her clothing and fragrance lines, as well as her newly established charity.
Brody Jenner is an American television personality, socialite, and male model. He is also the son of Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner.
In 2005, Jenner starred in ‘The Princes of Malibu‘ alongside his brother Brandon and then-best friend Spencer Pratt. He has also been featured on quasi-reality show ‘The Hills‘ and in 2009 had his own reality show, ‘Bromance’.
