Enjoy a Lantern Walk Under the Stars this Saturday

The Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority is inviting the public to enjoy a brisk Lantern Walk under the stars at the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area.

Meet up at the Outdoor Centre at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday December 3, where staff will provide you with a guided hike through the bush, forest and marsh to experience the sights and sounds of the trails.

After the hike, everyone is welcome to warm up with a hot beverage by the fireplace back at the Outdoor Centre.

The cost is $2 per person, plus the regular gate fee.

Registration is required and you can register for the Lantern Hike at http://crca.ca/online-services/lantern-walk.

The Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area is located on Division Street just two kilometres north of Highway 401.

Entry fees are: $5.50 per person for adults and children over 12, and $3 per person for children 12 and under, to a maximum fee of $14 per car. Annual passes are available for $80 per year.
