Public Invited to an “Evening of Spiritual Refreshment”

St. George's Cathedral, KingstonSt. George’s Cathedral invites the public to join them for “an evening of spiritual refreshment” during the month of April.

On Sunday April 15 at 4pm, Choral Evensong will perform with special guest choir Cantabile, directed by Mark Sirett, at St. George’s Cathedral.

The choir will sing music by T.T. Noble, William Smith, and the anthem “Hail Gladdening Light” by Charles Wood.

On the following Sunday, April 22 and also at 4pm, St. George’s Cathedral Evensong Choir, directed by Michael Capon, will sing a special service of Choral Evensong commemorating St. George.

The choir will sing music by Herbert Brewer, Harrison Oxley, and the anthem “I was glad” by C.H.H. Parry.
