Come Out to Family Fun Day at Little Cataraqui Creek

On Sunday November 12th, the Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority (CRCA) will be hosting a special Family Fun Day that at the Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area beginning at 2pm.

CRCA staff will be there all afternoon to recommend great hiking routes on a variety of trails, or you can take part in their ‘eyes only’ scavenger hunt.

Following your time enjoying the outdoors, families are welcome to come into the CRCA West Hall for some colouring fun – this year Sourigraphic will be there offering rock painting. The event winds down at 3pm with a campfire to make some yummy S’mores.

There is no additional cost for this event although regular entry fees (see below) to the conservation area will apply.


The Little Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area is located on Division Street just two kilometres north of Highway 401.

Entry fees are: $5.50 per person for adults and children over 12, and $3 per person for children 12 and under, to a maximum fee of $14 per car. Annual passes are available for $80 per year.
